Dr. Gold's Fees
$135 per 45 minute session  $180 per hour

Insurance
Dr. Gold does NOT accept insurance.  Please check to see if you have any "out-of-network benefits" for counseling.  If you do have this type of coverage, your counselings may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

DVCS Associates' Fees
Megan Lewis, Scott Larsen and Kylie Nelson offer lower rates than Dr. Gold.  Please contact them directly to discuss their fees. 

Payment
Payment by checks or cash are accepted.  Credit card payment is available  (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), but only for certain circumstances and must be arranged with Dr. Gold.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you have not notified us that you are cancelling your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session you had scheduled.
